Wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, candied pears 16% (candied pear cubes, sucrose, glucose-fructose), chocolate chips 6% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), flavouring (vanillin), natural yeast (wheat), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, milk skimmed powder, salt, flavourings. Dark chocolate coating: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), flavoring (vanillin), decorated with 5% peeled almond flakes. Produced in a facility that also uses other nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, peanuts, soy and cereals containing gluten. Produced and packaged in the factory in via Borgo 109/111, 95017 Piedimonte Etneo (CT).
