Worked with artisanal care and obtained from the very slow natural leavening of mother yeast. Our dessert can be enjoyed by spreading our almond cream.
Colomba ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, natural yeast (wheat), salt, flavourings. White icing with Sicilian Almonds: sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder (8%), whey powder, emulsifier (E322 soy and sunflower lecithin), flavourings, sliced peeled almonds (4% of the total ingredients). Almond spread, ingredients: Almonds 30%, sugar, oils (sunflower seed oil and coconut oil), and non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (cocoa butter), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring (vanillin). Produced in a facility that also uses other nuts, sesame, peanuts, soy and cereals containing gluten. Produced and packaged in the factory in via Borgo 109/111, 95017 Piedimonte Etneo (CT).
