Our Colomba, made with artisanal care, is obtained from the very slow natural leavening of mother yeast and can be appreciated by spreading our Etna chocolate cream.
Colomba ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavourings. Glazing ingredients: (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, E322 sunflower lecithin), Etna Chocolate 10% (min. bitter cocoa paste, 50%, sugar). Etna chocolate spread ingredients: sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (sunflower), low-fat cocoa powder, Etna chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa mass), emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring. Produced in a facility that also uses other nuts, sesame, peanuts, soy and cereals containing gluten. Produced and packaged in the factory in via Borgo 109/111, 95017 Piedimonte Etneo (CT).
