Colomba processed with artisanal care is obtained from the very slow natural leavening of mother yeast. Our soft and delicate dessert can be enjoyed by spreading hazelnut cream
Wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, natural yeast (wheat), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavourings. Chocolate icing and chopped hazelnuts: sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin E322, flavorings (vanillin), chopped hazelnuts 4%. Hazelnut cream: Hazelnuts 30%, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable oils (sunflower seed oil, coconut oil) and fats (cocoa butter), skimmed milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flavorings (vanillin). Produced in a facility that also uses other nuts, sesame, peanuts, soy and cereals containing gluten. Produced and packaged in the factory in via Borgo 109/111, 95017 Piedimonte Etneo (CT).
