Our Colomba prepared with artisanal care and obtained from the very slow leavening of mother yeast. Our soft and delicate dessert combined with natural candied Sicilian oranges
Wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, candied oranges 11% (candied orange peel, sucrose, glucose-fructose), chocolate chips 11% (sugar, cocoa mass, emulsifier (E322 sunflower lecithin), flavouring (vanillin), natural yeast (wheat), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, flavourings. Dark chocolate coating: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, flavourings, (candied orange peel, sucrose, glucose-fructose). Produced in a facility that also uses other nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, peanuts, soy and cereals containing gluten.
