Our Colomba, crafted with artisanal care, is obtained from the very slow natural leavening of mother yeast.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, butter, egg yolk, sultanas 14%, natural candied orange peels 8% (orange peel cubes, glucose-fructose syrup), natural yeast (wheat), skimmed milk powder, emulsifier: mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, Marsala and zibibbo, flavourings. Almond glaze 8% (sugar, egg white, rice flour, almond flour 10%, malted wheat flour, sunflower seed oil, whole almonds 2% Produced in a facility that also uses other nuts, sesame, milk, eggs, peanuts, soy and cereals containing gluten. Produced and packaged in the factory in via Borgo 109/111, 95017 Piedimonte Etneo (CT).
